Osimhen Nominated For Two Champions League Awards

Victor Osimhen has been nominated for two Champions League awards after his impressive performance for Napoli in the 3-0 win over Frankfurt on Wednesday, Sportivationng.com reports.

The Super Eagles striker scored a brace in the encounter and passed up the chance to score a hat-trick to allow Zielinski to score the third goal from the spot.

He has been nominated for the Champions League player of the week award and the goal of the week award.

Osimhen’s first goal against Frankfurt, a thumping header was nominated for the goal of the week award.

He will battle it out with the likes of Erling Haaland, Karim Benzema and Hakan Calhanoglu for the player of the week award.
