Bayer Leverkusen have confirmed the signing of the 2022-23 Europa League top scorer, Victor Boniface from Union Saint-Gilloise, Sportivationng.com reports.
The Bundelisga club confirmed the signing of the Nigerian striker on Saturday on their website.
Boniface signed a five-year deal to end his sojourn in Belgium.

Boniface is delighted to join Bayer Leverkusen, describing the move as a “special opportunity”.
“A special opportunity I definitely wanted to take up. I’ve already experienced the atmosphere here at the stadium and back then was able to assess the possibilities at this club.
“After our talks I now know: This is a top club with a brilliant team. I’m really looking forward to playing football here and I want to play my part in the future success of Bayer 04.”
He scored 22 goals in all competitions for Union Saint Gilloise in the 2022-23 season.
He has been handed the number 22 number ahead of the 2023-24 Bundesliga season.
