Super Eagles winger, Ademola Lookman has been named Atalanta’s Player of the 2022-23 season, Sportivationng.com reports.
Lookman enjoyed an impressive first season for the Italian club in the Serie A with series of stunning performances.
He fought off competition from teammates Teun Koopmeiners and Marten de Roon to win the award.
The former Leicester City star scored 15 goals and recorded eight assists for Atalanta in all competitions last season.

He led the team to a 7th placed finish in in Serie A to earn a place in the Europa League next season.
Lookman joined Atalanta from RB Leipzig in the summer for a reported fee of โฌ15ย million.
He made his Super Eagles debut against Ghana in March 2022.
The 25-year-old has scored one goal in seven appearances for Nigeria.
He was part of the Super Eagles squad which qualified for the 2023 Africa Nations Cup after beating Sierra Leone 3-2 in June.
