Super Eagles striker, Terem Moffi has won the 2022-23 UEFA Europa Conference League best goal award, Sportivationng.com reports.
Moffi scored a stunning acrobatic goal for OGC Nice in a 2-2 draw with Basel in April.
“The top ten goals of the 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League campaign have been selected by UEFA’s Technical Observer panel, with Terem Moffi’s acrobatic effort for Nice at Basel earning the honour of Goal of the Season,” read a statement on UEFA’s website.
Ciro Immobile was named as the runner up, while Andy Diouf of Basel came third.
Another Super Eagles star, Samuel Chukwueze came fourth for his stunning volley against Lech Poznan on match-day one.

Moffi Wins 2022-23 Europa Conference League Award
Moffi’s OGC Nice crashed out of the Europa Conference League in the quarter-finals, losing out to Basel 4-3 on aggregate.
The 24-year-old is not part of the Super Eagles squad preparing to take on Sierra Leone on Sunday in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
He scored a brace in the 10-1 win over Sao Tome and Principe in his last outing for the Super Eagles in June 2022.
