As the Showtime Summer Series—synced by the Nigeria Flag Football Federation—hits Matchday 4 this Sunday, April 13 from 3PM, it’s clear we’ve reached a mid season crossroad.

The stakes are rising, and the action at Showtime Arena, Lekki promises to be nothing short of explosive.

LA Knights and Warriors have remained dominant forces this season. The Knights, currently undefeated, face Off-SZN, a team still searching for its rhythm.

Off-SZN has shown flashes of brilliance, but if they hope to turn their season around, there’s no bigger statement than taking down the top team. But with the likes of Tayo and Lotanna running the Knights’ offense like clockwork, that’s easier said than done.

Meanwhile, the Greenbacks, coming off a statement win in Week 3, will lock horns with the high-flying Warriors.

This is the clash everyone is talking about. Both teams have firepower and momentum—expect fireworks.

Misturah, Anu, and Gbemisola have been unstoppable for the Warriors, but the Greenbacks’ offensive arsenal, including Emeka Okeke and Rashedat, are ready for war.

In other matchups, Ikan Sports will be looking to bounce back from a shocking loss to the Raptors as they take on the Panthers.

Panthers, after putting up 14 points last week, will aim to tighten their defense and slow down Farouk and the Ikan speedsters.

Finally, the Raptors—fresh off a gritty win over Ikan—face a hungry Lagos Alpha squad desperate for redemption after a shutout loss to the Warriors.

Raptors’ defense has been clutch, and they’ll look to build on that momentum, while Lagos Alpha needs a spark to get their season back on track.
