Erling Haaland set a new Premier League record in Manchester City’s 3-0 win over West Ham on Wednesday night, Sportivationng.com reports.
The Norwegian striker scored his 35th goal of the season to break the record of Alan Shearer and Andy Cole, who scored 34 goals respectively.
He has now scored the most goals in a Premier League season.
Nathan Ake opened the scoring for Manchester City when he headed in Mahrez’s free-kick after the restart.

Haaland produced a sublime chip over Fabianski for the second goal before Phil Foden put the icing on the cake five minutes from time.

Haaland was given a guard of honour by Pep Guardiola and his teammates following his latest landmark.
He has now scored 51 goals in all competitions for Manchester City this season to lead the charge for a historic treble.
The former Dortmund striker will be hoping to add to his tally with five Premier League games to go.
