The management of Famesport Football Club have expressed gratitude to Rasheed Akanbi for donating training kits, footballs to the team, Sportivationng.com reports.

The Sheriff Tiraspol striker extended the goodwill to the team to encourage the players, and also support the management led by the experienced football administrator, Adedeji Abiodun.

Famesports Football Club took to their official Facebook page to appreciate Rasheed Akanbi for his generous donations to the team.

The captain of the team, Japhet Stephen was full of praise for Rasheed, describing the donations as a step in the right direction, which will motivate the players to continue to give their all, while promising to make him proud.

The CEO of Famesport Football Club, Adedeji Abiodun sent a message of appreciation to Rasheed Akanbi.

He said: “We want to appreciate the kind gesture of our own Super Striker Rasheed Ibrahim Akanbi the one I call “Man Like Ibra” for extending his hands of fellowship to the football club. More grace to you in your career. The boys are really happy to be associated with you.”

Famesports Football Club is based in Sagamu, Ogun State, and is currently rated one of the fastest growing academies in Nigeria based.

The club will be in action against OOU Golden Boys on Wednesday.
